What happens if something breaks?
The Hometree Solar Plan includes monitoring, unlimited repairs and replacement protection for your panels and inverter for the life of the plan, with no callout fees or excess.
Will applying affect my credit score?
No. The online application takes about two minutes and does not affect your credit score. You are under no obligation to go ahead once approved.
Can I end the plan early?
Early exit options, and any costs involved, are set out in your Hometree agreement before you sign. We will go through them with you so there are no surprises.
Who installs the system?
We do. Every Solar Plan installation is carried out by our own MCS-certified team, not a subcontractor.
