- Best for rooms on the same side of the house
Both use inverter technology, adjusting their speed rather than switching on and off, so they run quietly and efficiently.

Is the quote really fixed?
Yes, as long as the details you give us are accurate. Your price covers the unit, installation, commissioning and VAT. If we spot anything extra, we agree it with you before any work starts.
What size unit do I need?
As a rough guide: 2.0 to 2.5kW for a bedroom or small office, 3.5kW for a living room, and 5.0kW or more for a large or open-plan room.
Sun, windows and insulation all make a difference, so we recommend the right size for each room in your free quote.
How long does installation take?
A single-room system usually takes half a day to a day. A multi-room system usually takes one to two days. Most homes are done in one visit.
What about the warranty and servicing?
Every unit comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. An annual service keeps the system running efficiently and helps keep that warranty valid, and we can carry it out for you.
Do I need planning permission?
Most houses don’t. Listed buildings, conservation areas and some flats may need consent. We check this when we quote, so you know before you commit.
Is air conditioning noisy?
Indoor units are very quiet on low, from around 19dB, about the level of a whisper. We position the outdoor unit to keep noise away from you and your neighbours.
